With Voice Profile, you have an option to delete all the information that Amazon Alexa has gathered on your vice. And once you have deleted your voice recordings, Amazon will not be able to keep anything in their data. Future voice recordings should not be saved.

Everything Alexa has recorded and stored to your account is included in your voice history. You may listen to and examine any conversations your Echo recorded, as well as see how Alexa replied. You may instruct Alexa not to keep any of your voice recordings in your settings.

Make Sure to Manage Your Search History

Another ideal way to stop Alexa eavesdrop is to manage your search history. As we all know Amazon wants to know our location to deliver their goods and services. But with the Delete option, you can remove or manage your search history so that the application won’t be able to track your activities.

Say No To Contacts Access

A majority of the application asks to access your Contacts. On Alexa, you can select the “NO” option, unless you have a reason to do the same. With Alexa’s Calling and Messaging feature, life becomes easier, as it allows you to call or message your Contact who also registered for Alexa Calling and Messaging. But, it also makes your life difficult, because Alexa will mishear all your conversations with your friend.

Turn Off Your Device Microphone

Turn off Alexa’s microphone by pressing the microphone button, is a lifesaving option for you, especially if you are confirmed that “Alexa is deceiving by eavesdropping on you”.

Protect your Wi-Fi network.
